Rhomy is a Venezuelan violinist and music educator with a degree in music pedagogy and more than two decades of artistic and teaching experience. As founder of Molto Allegretto Music Academy, she has developed her educational work across Venezuela, Colombia and the United States.Rhomy es violinista venezolana, licenciada en pedagogía musical, con más de dos décadas de experiencia artística y docente. Como fundadora de Molto Allegretto Music Academy, ha desarrollado su labor educativa en Venezuela, Colombia y Estados Unidos.

Her orchestral career includes the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela and performances under Gustavo Dudamel, Claudio Abbado and Sir Simon Rattle. Her international experience includes Carnegie Hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Royal Concertgebouw and the Vienna Musikverein, as well as the Salzburg and Lucerne festivals.Su trayectoria orquestal incluye la Sinfónica Simón Bolívar de Venezuela y presentaciones bajo la dirección de Gustavo Dudamel, Claudio Abbado y Sir Simon Rattle. Su experiencia internacional abarca Carnegie Hall, la Filarmónica de Berlín, el Royal Concertgebouw y la Musikverein de Viena, además de los festivales de Salzburgo y Lucerna.

She participated with Nueva Filarmonía in the recording of Regreso, the album recognized with the 2019 Latin GRAMMY for Best Classical Album. Her artistic and educational work has also received recognition from the City of Houston and the Yellow Rose of Texas distinction.Participó con Nueva Filarmonía en la grabación de Regreso, álbum reconocido con el Latin GRAMMY 2019 al Mejor Álbum de Música Clásica. Su labor artística y educativa también ha recibido reconocimiento de la ciudad de Houston y la distinción Yellow Rose of Texas.

At Molto, her focus brings musical technique, expression and a close understanding of each student together. Her work as a co-founder of El Sistema Texas extends that commitment to orchestral education and opportunities for children and young people.En Molto, su enfoque reúne la técnica musical, la expresión y una comprensión cercana de cada estudiante. Su labor como cofundadora de El Sistema Texas amplía ese compromiso con la formación orquestal y las oportunidades para niños y jóvenes.

Álvaro is a Colombian-Venezuelan musician, double bassist and producer with a degree in music. His career combines orchestral performance with the direction, production and management of artistic, educational and cultural projects. He is a co-founder of Molto Allegretto Academy and El Sistema Texas.Álvaro es músico colombo-venezolano, licenciado en música, contrabajista y productor. Su trayectoria combina la interpretación orquestal con la dirección, producción y gestión de proyectos artísticos, educativos y culturales. Es cofundador de Molto Allegretto Academy y El Sistema Texas.

As a member of the Teresa Carreño Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, he performed in major international concert halls and festivals, including Carnegie Hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Royal Concertgebouw, the Vienna Musikverein, the Royal Festival Hall and the Salzburg and Lucerne festivals.Como integrante de la Orquesta Sinfónica Teresa Carreño de Venezuela, se presentó en importantes salas y festivales internacionales, entre ellos Carnegie Hall, la Filarmónica de Berlín, el Royal Concertgebouw, la Musikverein de Viena, el Royal Festival Hall y los festivales de Salzburgo y Lucerna.

His production work includes collaborations with Andrés Cepeda, Herencia de Timbiquí, Yuri Buenaventura, Fonseca and Santi Cruz. He participated as a musician and general coordinator in Regreso with Nueva Filarmonía, the 2019 Latin GRAMMY winner for Best Classical Album.Su trabajo de producción incluye colaboraciones con Andrés Cepeda, Herencia de Timbiquí, Yuri Buenaventura, Fonseca y Santi Cruz. Participó como músico y coordinador general en Regreso con Nueva Filarmonía, ganador del Latin GRAMMY 2019 al Mejor Álbum de Música Clásica.

His cultural leadership includes service as Bogotá’s District Cultural Infrastructure Councilor and representative of performing arts producers for 2019–2022. In 2023, his work benefiting the Hispanic community was recognized by the City of Houston. At Molto, he brings this experience to a musical environment where learning, artistic growth and community belong together.Su gestión cultural incluye su labor como consejero distrital de infraestructura cultural de Bogotá y representante de productores de artes escénicas para 2019–2022. En 2023, la ciudad de Houston reconoció su trabajo en beneficio de la comunidad hispana. En Molto, aporta esa experiencia a un entorno musical que reúne aprendizaje, crecimiento artístico y comunidad.
